Digital Traffic/Studio Manager

Our client is a leading experience agency, they are looking for a Digital Traffic/Studio Manager to join their growing team

Role Overview:
As a Studio Manager, you will contribute to success of digital solutions through a combination of studio operations and delivery responsibilities, and knowledge of design and innovation process and best practices. Your role is often multidisciplinary in nature, and requires an expert with a broad skillset, to ensure the studio runs smoothly through scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-project management duties. When responsible for the delivery component, you will apply your understanding of design process to project delivery estimation, risk management, time management, stakeholder interactions, and change processes.

Key Role Responsibilities: Day-to-day you will:

Support studio related projects in operational endeavors, like scheduling and staffing

Active in measurement and reporting of KPIs and other key metrics as defined by leadership

Define/manage team workflows and timings

Manage pipeline opportunities into projects, consultant bench, and internal projects

Be active in various studio forecasting needs, including opportunities, hiring, and financials

Be active in proposal development, work estimation, and business development activities and strategies
