Your new opportunity

This new role to Cheil will play a pivotal part in the agency’s e-commerce and analytical capabilities and offerings to our client, a Global leader in Consumer Electronics.

Reporting to the Business Director, the E-commerce Data Planner will be responsible for partnering with our client and evaluating the client’s e-commerce performance and .com operations; to make recommendations for enhancements and modifications in order to increase conversion and ROI.

Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
-Use internal methodologies, frameworks and tools to gather and analyse shopper, market and competitive data
-Define data gathering/analytics projects, work with Insights and Analytics team through them and use insights to plan E-commerce strategies
-Interpreting and developing consumer insights
-Analyse and develop CDJ enhancement initiatives – designing CDJ scenarios and strategies to support the development of retail communications
-Craft E-commerce content recommendations and plan communication for the client on category and brand levels, developing proposals for future enhancements and initiatives
-Compile, identify trends, and evaluate data to support the E-Commerce team (client) in decision-making
-Identify and analyse KPIs on web traffic and lead conversion funnels
-Cooperate with E-commerce Designers, by developing creative briefs for internal briefings, and other divisions to implement your recommendations
-Measure and monitor performance of content, adoption of new features and post production builds
-Regular data extraction from data sources such as Adobe and Google Analytics

About you
-Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or strategy (or similar)
-6 years plus previous experience in a similar role
-Web analytics experience (Adobe analytics or Google analytics) to utilize as target customer profiling
-Previous experience or knowledge of Hybris and Adobe Experience Manager preferential
-Strong understanding of CDJ and concepts of marketing and sales
-Basic knowledge of web technologies.HTML/JS and understand difference between e.g. pixel and tag
-Excellent verbal, written and visual presentation skills
-Ability to work independently, be flexible, and have good time management skills
