Engagement Planner

We are a proudly independent customer engagement agency who has enjoyed phenomenal growth year on year since we opened the doors over 9 years ago.

Due to this growth we are looking for an Engagement Planner to join our highly talented Strategy team. This role combines the expertise of product positioning, program development and executive storytelling informed by data with the addition of bringing these to life through personas, messaging frameworks and communication plans to highly targeted audiences.

We have an enviable international and local client list and an experienced team of over 70 specialists across consulting, strategy, client service, creative ideation, production and technical delivery.

It’s a fast paced and constantly changing environment so we need people that are entrepreneurial and hungry to collaborate with other teams in order to deliver great marketing programs.  It’s an incredible opportunity to contribute to the shape of our agency and be part of the global team servicing our technology accounts.

The role is to:
• Own the voice of the customer across core consulting pillars of:
– product positioning,
– program direction through persona development and mapping customer journeys,
– account based marketing strategy and content marketing.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with senior level clients in the B2B technology space, developing solid client relationships along the way
• Develop go to market messaging frameworks and campaign plans
• Be responsible for commercial outcomes based on strategic recommendations • Be part of a high performing award winning team

You will need to:
• Be an experienced customer engagement strategic planner, with the ability to develop channel plans and data informed communications frameworks
• Have a communications agency background and a desire to develop insight driven strategic direction with at least 5-6 years experience
• Have outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Have a positive track record in developing strong relationships both internally and with clients.
• Be a natural problem solver, be adaptable and collaborative in your working style
