We are looking for a skilled, passionate, well connected and collaborative GAD – in our MELBOURNE office. You are a team player, with strong strategic counsel capabliiies alongside an attitude of rolling up your sleeves when needed. You have endless curiosity and a thirst for achieving and inspiring extraordinary everyday. You are a media hound with a never give up attitude and you totally get off on flexing those creative muscles..

The Role
Manage a diverse and high profile consumer client portfolio
Inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams
Lead consumer channel agnostic communication strategies
Oversee all client media communications for your clients
New business development and growth
Drive best-in-class work across strategy, creative, and execution
Daily operational management of client and team portfolio including: project management; scoping; forecasting; capacity planning; invoicing; resource management; financial analysis and reporting
Team leadership focusing on mentoring and development, training and line management.

About You
10+ years of industry PR experience, either in agency or in-house
A proven track record of client development resulting in annualised revenue increases
An experienced strategic thinker
Experienced manager of teams
Financially astute and comfortable in commercial conversations
Proven success in ‘closing’ conversations with clear actions and next steps
Experienced relationship builder both within and beyond the agency
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and inspire their team
Proven success in building and sustaining long-term relationships internally and externally.
Team player who is prepared to work collaboratively with others to generate the best outcome
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Keep up with industry trends to promote innovative and creative solutions
Ambitious and driven to succeed
Accountable and drives accountability in others
Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
