∙ In this senior role, you will be responsible for managing LegalVision’s entire content portfolio and your own team of editors

The Opportunity

As Head of Content, you will play a key role in contributing to LegalVision’s content marketing strategy – a primary source of leads and website traffic. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and managing your own team of editors, you will be responsible for:

∙ creating and editing market-leading content – legal articles, publications, white papers and guides;
∙ implementing new media initiatives – podcasts, videos and infographics;
∙ managing external content relationships;
∙ running training and content writing workshops;
∙ leveraging existing content through partnerships and social media; and
∙ learning and growing with a team that has developed an award-winning business and marketing strategy.

At a high-growth startup, every day brings different challenges. Here are some you’re bound to face:

∙ Managing a team of legal editors responsible for publishing quality legal articles on our website daily.
∙ Producing evergreen content for our enterprise audience, including white papers and publications.
∙ Managing diverse content production and distribution projects including liaising with external production agencies.
∙ Building relationships with content collaborators.
∙ Forging partnerships with key media outlets, influencers and brands.
∙ Expanding our social media presence.
∙ Understanding industry trends and competitor tactics to help optimise marketing spend.

The Ideal Applicant

∙ Qualifications in Journalism, Communications or Law to degree level or equivalent and five years experience.
∙ Exceptional writing and editing skills.
∙ Superior attention to detail.
∙ Ability to write clearly and concisely for a professional services audience.
∙ Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, performance-focused environment.
∙ Understanding of the legal sector would be an advantage and is desirable but not essential.

Ways to Stand Out

∙ Experience in search, online or digital marketing.
∙ Experience in WordPress, Google Analytics or SEO.
∙ Familiarity with HTML.
