Are you a PR leader with strong B2B experience? This award-winning Sydney-based PR agency is seeking a motivated communications leader to lead their corporate portfolio. Don’t miss out on applying for this highly sought after position!

The role:

– Expand the corporate client portfolio, drive and develop new business relationships
– Key areas of focus include; B2B, Conflict Comms, Reputation Management, Crisis Comms, Investor Relations
– Work closely with the General Manager and internal leadership team
– Build upon existing client relationships and deliver new insights
– Provide thought leadership and develop strategic business plans for clients
– Stay on top of local and global market trends
– Build a functional and like-minded team by creating a sense of community within the agency
– Ensure your team are on top of trends and insights related to the corporate sector
– Maintain a strong understanding of the communications spectrum (analytics/planning, creative content, social and digital)
– Be involved in all aspects of business management and revenue growth/profitability.

You:

– 10+ years experience in a similar leadership role
– Multinational agency experience
– Highly experienced in team leadership and development
– Expert in integrated communications and public relations
– Previous experience with corporate clients
– Ability to develop lasting client relationships
– Previous experience with business development and pitching
– Strong communicator (verbal and written)
– Can work with teams across geographic locations (ability to travel interstate)
– Can work in a fast-paced team environment and collaborate with others exceptionally well
– Local PR agency experience is preferred
– Sponsorship transferral is available
