Wedded Wonderland is Australia’s largest and most dynamic wedding digital and in-event offering. With over two million followers on social media, exponential traffic and engagement to site, as well as hosting b2b and b2c events for the wedding and special event market, WW is the go to destination and for couples and businesses alike.

THE ROLE:

This role will be responsible for overseeing, leading and managing strategic direction of key partnerships, social media, content planning, community management, paid social, campaign management, reporting, insights and events end to end across all Wedded Wonderland social and digital platforms

The main responsibilities will include the following:

– Develop creative and marketing briefs, identify user insights gained from multiple data sources to help develop content aligned to the SEO strategy, customer segments and journeys
– Project manage Wedded Wonderland campaigns as well as client campaigns including website content, social media strategy and creative briefs
– Manage website content requests from the business
– Write content as and when required
– Brief in content to your team of writers and producers, and edit as you see fit
– Manage a tight content calendar focusing on ever-green, trend based and listicle format content
– Liaise with our incredible database of local and international experts in Weddings, Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle and develop unique engaging content online
– Assist with the development of marketing campaign landing pages and content

YOU:
The ideal candidate will have a diverse marketing and content background and at least 3 years manager level experience working across digital content and website development.
If you have spent time in a brand or campaign manager role then this is a benefit and if you have had previous experience of managing client projects, then this would be ideal.
Strong project management skills are essential as well as being organised, solution focused and a clear communicator.
You will need to be able to plan and execute a content strategy with a customer first mindset – demonstrate a clear understanding of the customer journey.
This candidate will be able to write a clear brief, as well as be able to write great content. If you are a strong digital content producer, good at writing, briefing and project managing various campaigns then we look forward to hearing from you!
