Unique Health Services company which is genuinely changing peoples lives has a newly created Head of Marketing opportunity. This a true green-fields opportunity to develop and implement the brand strategy and positioning along with the broader marketing roadmap. Entrepreneurial and people focussed, this company was developed to offer a better level of service, to do away with outdated and bureaucratic models that were based on speed not quality. Their marketing aspirations are just as big – they’re not wanting to replicate the category norms, they want to stand out from their competitors and be best in class.

About the role:

-Develop and implement the marketing strategy, consistent with the company’s vision, values and long-term objectives
-Develop the brand strategy and positioning, along with communication strategies across Digital (Social, Content, Search, Email, Website), Print, PR and Events.
-Lead the marketing team; set goals for marketing activities and provide ongoing coaching and support
-Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department, monitor projections, expenditure, and optimise R.O.I.
-Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results and consumer trends to translate results into actionable insights.
-Build and foster a strong Employer brand and staff attraction model
-Collaborate and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to uncover insights and adapt strategies within an ever-changing business.
-Ensure brand messaging is strong and consistent across all channels
-Drive SEO/SEM programs, resource centre and other marketing initiatives.
-Manage external stakeholders and agency partners in developing and executing creative strategies.
-Identify new opportunities to reach target market segments and keep on top of industry and market trends

About you:

-Previous experience as Head of Marketing, General Manager of Marketing or in a relevant Marketing Senior Leadership capacity
-Strong B2C experience (some B2B advantageous)
-Experience in the fields of – digital, advertising, creative and brand management
-Extensive experience managing and building a cross-functional team.
-Proven experience in creating and developing a marketing strategy.
-Proven success in brand development and execution.
-Advanced knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.
-Salesforce experience highly regarded.
-BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field.
