Head of Paid Media

$150K – $170K Annual Salary

Outstanding opportunity to join one of Australia’s most exciting recent additions.

Due to substantial growth, this exciting digital agency are looking to hire a Head of Paid Media to lead their Paid Performance offering and grow the team.

This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the search marketing road-map including keyword management, creation of campaign messaging, bidding strategies, creative testing, and analytics to guide the department’s success.

Essential Functions – Duties and Responsibilities

• Be a leader, manager, and mentor to the Paid, Programmatic, Social and Display Teams.
• Set all strategic processes and policies for the Paid Media Department.
• On-going development and testing of new PPC & Display Strategies.
• Be the face of the business for all things paid.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 6 + years’ experience in paid media. Up to the second knowledge with a finger on the pulse.
• Requires hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM and a proven track-record of delivering results from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint
• Deep knowledge and experience with analytics tools
• Experience with national, local, and international campaigns
