The Job:
Located at our Head Office on George Street in Sydney’s CBD, we’re now on the lookout for a Marketing Communications Executive to join our team. You will be creative, focused, hardworking, and motivated with a love for movies. You will also be passionate about Marketing & Communications and exploring ways in which we can build the HOYTS brand and drive business objectives.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a role for an individual who would love to further develop their career in Marketing and Communications, with a variety of projects to lead and work across.

This role will be responsible for leading projects and execution across all HOYTS channels, and above the line media. You will work closely with studio partners and internal teams, to identify collaborative opportunities. The focus is on marketing the HOYTS brand, the experiences available to guests alongside. Working closely with the Marketing Communications Manager, this role will assist in ensuring each channel works towards driving the businesses objectives.

Other key responsibilities include:
• Developing, managing and executing marketing communications plans across a variety of campaigns
• Growing the HOYTS brand presence across all the experience and product offerings
• Working to ensure successful outcomes on all projects and relationships
• Become the HOYTS Brand Ambassador, and ensure copywriting, messaging and business priorities are consistent
Who we are looking for:
It goes without saying you’ll be a top performance and a creative thinker. You are highly tenacious, focused and have a creative flair and passion for marketing. We’re also looking for someone with:
• Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar
• 4+ years’ experience media buying, planning, copywriting, strategizing and brand
• Strong marketing experience in consumer, and extensive skills across digital campaign ideation, execution and reporting
• Act as a point of contact across internal and external stakeholders and partners, building positive relationships and presenting opportunities as they arise
• Write short and longform copy for a variety of channels
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Holds an understanding of marketing and advertising platforms, and how to drive offline and online outcomes for business
• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, think creatively and learn new skills
