About the Role

You’ll report to the Senior Brand & Communications Manager and join our creative and high-performing B2B Marketing team. You’ll take ownership of a range of internal communications content and channels, and help take our employee experience to the next level. You’ll help us bring our strategy and brand to life internally, as well as helping to engage our people through internal activities such as our quarterly drinks. You’ll help us to refine our unique voice on social media, showcasing how we’re a different kind of partner.

Your responsibilities

Develop and deliver our internal communications strategy and plan, which may include delivering town halls, videos, emails, web content, presentations, newsletters and more
Manage and deliver our weekly newsletter, using Marketo
Measure the success of our communications and gather employee feedback to inform the program
Draft on behalf of senior leadership and advise on best practice
Develop and deliver our social media strategy and plan, including delivering professional copy and imagery
Ensure consistency in our brand internally and externally across all internal
communications channels and social media channels

You bring to the role

Passion and personal drive to succeed in a professional and dynamic organisation which leads on the global stage
A degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field required
5+ years’ experience in marketing and communications with knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines including: internal communications, social media, advertising, direct marketing, media planning and online marketing
Strong project management and general organisation skills
Excellent stakeholder management with stakeholders at all levels
Significant experience in internal communications is desirable
Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication, engagement and interpersonal skills
