IT Service Delivery Manager

1.Candidates should have IT infrastructure background throughout his/her career
2.Candidate should have worked in customer facing role for the last 5 years
3.Knowledge in maintaining the SOW compliance and deliver the agreed SLA’s / KPI
4.Should have hands on experience in project management skills; covering stake holder management, customer management, scheduling, reporting and conducting the periodic reviews with customers
5.Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines
