Loyalty Program Manager

Make 2020 about new beginnings. An exciting specialist role for a data-driven Loyalty Marketer work on the launch of a brand new program for a successful retail brand.

Already a favourite across Australian house-holds, this brand enjoys a loyal and dedicated customer following and you will consolidate this position with the launch and delivery of an omni-channel Customer Loyalty Program. You’ll be the driving force behind member acquisition, onboarding, retention and a suite of relevant and targeted customer benefits. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will expertly lead the launch and delivery of the program and work across customer segmentation, data insights and the alignment of member benefits and messaging with member life-cycle triggers. You’ll select and engage with program partners and vendors, driving performance and a commitment to best practice.

Leveraging a CRM platform, you’ll ensure campaigns are finely targeted, executed using test and learn principles and use analytics to create insights and recommendations. You are passionate about data and can champion the power of data-led strategic thinking and a deeper understanding of purchasing behaviour. As the Loyalty Program Manager, you’ll be expected to manage campaigns independently, leading annual member research studies and generating regular reporting.

This role would suit candidates with at least 4 years demonstrated loyalty program experience and CRM Management. You may have client or agency experience, must have an understanding of online retail environments and most importantly, a passion for data-driven thinking.
