About the role

In this role, your knowledge is instrumental in updating and promoting the marketing educational courses, programs, and workshops to the Marketing Sector. You will support the Head of Education on the direction and the delivery of the programs and projects and build strong relationships with customers and members.

You will operationalise the sales and marketing of the Education portfolio and act as the key stakeholder between the education team and the rest of the business units to ensure the courses are promoted effectively through sales and marketing.

About the person

ADMA is looking for a highly organised, confident, and fast-paced marketing professional to join their small, collaborative, and professional team that consistently works at a high pace.
You must have a clear understanding and excellent knowledge of the marketing sector.

This role would suit a candidate that is a specialist marketing manager or account manager. Your extensive knowledge of the marketing industry is going to be utilised by ADMA to update and promote courses to the marketing sector.

Duties include:

Support the Head of Education in the strategic planning and review of the ADMA programs & courses
Build & manage key internal/external stakeholder relations
Collaborate with internal departments eg. Market, sales, Membership
Contribute to the creation and operation of the academic course calendar & academics teachers’ rosters
Oversee the successful and timely execution of all courses
Review and update course material according to standards and regulations

To be successful you will have:

A Passion and love for all things marketing
Extensive experience in marketing – a professional/specialist
Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across all departments
Highly organised with strong planning and time management skills
Takes initiative, is proactive and problem solution focused
Hardworking, fast-paced and confident
Strong CRM & database management skills
