Marketing Campaign Manager

The gig:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and work with clubs, media and creative agency partners to knock marketing strategies out of the park. The key people you’ll work with are creative, passionate and ambitious and driven by results and metrics – they also love a good cardio and conditioning workout to keep their minds in balance.
In a nutshell:
• Develop end-to-end integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns ensuring application of the right creative message to the right channel.
• Liaise with clubs to ensure appropriate marketing materials are produced and distributed.
• Work closely with our media and creative agency partners to deliver campaign materials and optimise as required.
• Engage with the wider marketing team to ensure appropriate campaign rollout across all channels (website, social and edms).
• Project manage each campaign end-to-end (and ensuring timely delivery) with the support of Head of Marketing.
• Work with our creative agency and Design & Content Creator to produce appropriate campaign assets for all campaigns (display, paid social media, paid search and in-club).
• Write copy for email and short form content as required.
• Manage the overarching marketing campaign calendar.
• Conduct post-campaign reporting for all campaigns ensuring the outcomes are communicated to appropriate people.
• Seek continual improvement in communication quality by ensuring campaigns are regularly reviewed and learnings are implemented.

All about you:

You’re driven, self-assured and people-focused with 6–8 years experience in end-to-end campaign management. You incorporate tone of voice in all that you do to improve communications and campaign integrity. You’re well connected to commercial agenda and how campaigns contribute to it, always identifying improvements to optimise the result. You’re a data junkie and thrive on balancing your creative edge with your analytical brain. You are connected to our purpose of making exercise irresistible and are confident in building relationships with our clubs and partners to deliver results.
