Your new company:

Our client is a B2B tech provider and leader in their field, they have been around over 20 years but have kept a start-up mentality and are young at heart. You will join a collaborative marketing team of 9, focusing on the client-retention part of the business. They have a great training program and achievements are celebrated and rewarded. They list some impressive benefits including Free Platinum gym membership, daily breakfasts/pantry, Friday drinks, games room and daily barista for a social coffee fix! They have a no ego policy, you must be collaborative, bursting with ideas, respectful and overall a positive person.

Your new role:

Reporting into the National Marketing Manager you will;
• Develop and lead the vision for all Client communications, focusing on client retention strategies
• Create engaging content for a range of marketing channels such as EDMs, long-form content, newsletter, blog, e-books, whitepapers, infographics, press releases
• Write and collaborate with a designer to produce product brochures, flyers and video case studies
• Establish close working relationships with Account Managers and Training teams generating ideas and content to solve business challenges
• Additional ad hoc writing, such as speeches, presentations, press releases
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure aligned messaging and amplification

What you will need to succeed:
• 2+ years experience in Client Retention, ideally communicating with B2B audiences in the legal or technology sectors
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Love the challenge of getting under the skin of technology and what it can deliver, diving deep into the product offering with a thirst for knowledge
• Strong time management skills, and the ability to prioritise
• Proactive and ideas-driven, you love working as part of a team
• Experience with Marketing Automation Software and CMS
• Tertiary qualification in a related field such as marketing, communications or law
• Understanding of the legal industry preferred but not essential
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices ideal but not essential
