ActewAGL’s marketing team are looking for a creative, sharp and strategic writer who is all about Marketing Content. Your day will be dedicated to the creation of scroll-stopping content for Canberra’s most iconic brand. You will be essential to the success of our marketing campaigns through generating a captivating content suite that resonates with our customers.

A bit about the role

You will:
*Plan, create and produce on-point customer-centric marketing content, including written copy and visual direction.
*Ensure content is engaging, contemporary and accurate and amplifies strategic priorities in a competitive market.
*Develop a distinct, cohesive and authentic ActewAGL marketing voice and tone.
*Distill complex technical information to refine key messages to various audiences.
*Evaluate and identify content opportunities and industry trends to shape future campaigns and marketing initiatives.
*Build positive working relationships across the business and with our external partners.
*Continually track and measure marketing content activity and results to deliver accurate, timely and relevant reporting and analysis.

We need you to have:
*Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and significant marketing and communications experience.
*Outstanding copywriting skills spanning a variety of marketing and promotional channels for a range of audiences.
*Proven passion for smart, sharp messaging that sells.
*Demonstrated experience in writing and creating multichannel marketing content.
*Comprehensive understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
*Experience in collaborating with internal teams, and external partners such as creative/brand agencies, media suppliers, designers and printers.
*Proficient digital skills and experience including Microsoft Office and Adobe Design Suite.
