Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities include:
Develop the digital marketing campaign strategy across ARN’s national portfolio of brands, with a major focus on iHeartRadio
Collaborate with other members of the marketing team, and other key stakeholders, to ensure impactful and effective campaign execution, alignment and leverage of consumer marketing activity, including digital marketing
Partner with the digital content team on the management of branded digital elements and development and management of campaign and content guidelines across multiple digital and social media channels
Ensure consistent and brand-aligned messaging across all touch points with a specific focus on digital
Use creative expertise to extend campaign creative and messaging across digital and social media channels
Apply expertise to maximise communication opportunities
Provide functional and industry expertise to extend the digital capability of the Marketing team
Campaign evaluation – measure and track campaign performance against agreed KPI’s
Analyse and optimise digital marketing campaign performance across various channels, provide insights and key learnings to relevant teams and activate required change.

The successful candidate will have;
Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role
Tertiary qualifications in a marketing or related discipline are essential
Solid experience and understanding across all digital platforms and channels, including, but not limited to, mobile, social, SEO, SEM, CRM
An innovative thinker with great communication skills
Proven Project Management Experience
Experience in creating great brand strategies and marketing plans
Ability to lead and influence key stakeholders across the business
Exceptional project and time management skills
Accountable, driven, self-motivated, results and outcome focused
