Marketing Manager for Growth

totalscooter.com.au are looking for a marketing pro with a solid background in digital marketing, data and analytics, growth hacking (conversion optimization), and growth marketing to help guide our outbound and inbound marketing initiatives. In this role, you will identify, implement, and measure marketing growth programs to drive customer acquisition.

In this role, you will be a part of the Marketing team that is growing our business, generating continuous results driven by smart marketing and ongoing optimization. You will leverage programmatic and paid social channels and activations to help Total Scooter achieve our growth and brand goals. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Activation, Tech, Product, and Partnerships. This role utilises a strong analytical background with a passion for executing scalable media strategies. Success in this role means maximizing the value of our digital media investments and street activations in order to drive impact for Total Scooter brand. One of our brands is Scooti.com.au, the new ride-sharing service in Australia. Scooti passengers will get around on two wheels instead of four – the service uses motor scooters instead of cars.

What You’ll Do

Concept, build and execute on growth initiatives focused on increasing acquisition, engagement and retention across the Total Scooter ecosystem.

Build and execute the digital media plans based on the audience and content strategy of diverse Marketing campaigns. Collaborating with other areas of the business and agencies.

Manage budget and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency for owned programs; including technical setup of experiments and analysis of results.

Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Tech team to build features that enable a globally scalable media plan.

Research and evaluate growth opportunities, prioritise most impactful projects, and evaluate engineering and data science technical requirements for projects.

Be an end-to-end channel owner which includes tracking, measurement, attribution, optimisation, reporting and automation across both web and apps.

Data Driven: Influencing Tech & Product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations. Communicating state of business, experiment results, etc. to product teams. Spreading best practices for growth with product teams to drive impact.

Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to exceed aggressive company goals; utilise a strong background in experiment design and evaluation.

Excellent project management skills

5+ years of growth marketing in a consumer tech company/mobile app.

Experience using and concepting campaigns and lifecycle programs for CRM as well as experience with CRM tools

Experience leveraging performance marketing channels or managing performance marketing agency relationships. [FB, Google]

Exceptional skills in financial modelling, unit economic analysis.

Strong data analysis and familiarity with data analysis tools

Technical knowledge of tracking, tooling (Dynamic Creative Optimization, Catalog Management, etc) and experiment design and implementation.

Strong knowledge of growth-oriented design and copy best practices.

Understand ecosystems, user behaviours, and long-term trends

Strong track record of excellence in execution.

A team player who is constantly looking to teach and learn from others.

Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact; ability to influence and work cross-functionally across several internal teams.

Basic HTML.

You should be a problem solver, detail-oriented, and love to use data to drive decisions while brainstorming new ways of doing things. You should be accustomed to analyzing historical data and trends to make decisions around budget allocation, recommendations on channel usage, as well as running our customer and Fleet referral program across all markets.
