We are currently seeking a dynamo Marketing & Office Co-ordinator Extraordinaire to come on board with our creative team in Marrickville. The position is for an immediate start and applicants with marketing experience will be considered.

About the company

Funktionality is a multi-award winning events company with a reputation for being a leader in the industry.

Our company is all about finding the right fit to work in our team but you must have a passion for the industry and have some experience or qualifications in above.

About the role

Some of the duties include, however are not limited to:

• Writing awards submissions, PR activities, articles for industry magazines;
• Updating the website with new stock and event photos;
• Managing the company’s social media platforms, adding photos and topics of interest;
• Collating and sending out e-newsletters and other database and marketing mail outs;
• Answering the telephone, taking enough information for an event manager/correct person to make the call;
• Assisting to build the client database by attending networking events/showcases with the team;
• Assisting the team with IT issues where required.

About you:
You will have a passion for the industry
Well organised with great attention to detail
A flair for writing
Solid knowledge of social media platforms
Good communication skills
Solid computer skills
Experience with WordPress
Experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred
