About the role:

Enthusiastic marketing all-rounder in the exciting travel and event industry! Support the Business Development & Client Service Team with the creation of marketing and communications collateral both digital and print, across a wide spectrum of projects both internally and for top-tier client travel programs.

The Marketing Optimizer will ensure successful, accurate and on-time delivery of collateral across various programs.

Your role will be varied, with responsibilities including but not limited to:

– Developing content and copy write across a range of platforms
– Omnichannel campaign creation, implementation and reporting ability
– Ability to manage creative projects and co-creation of design and content of presentation decks/videos
– Conducting interviews and undertake in-depth research
– Produce a wide variety of content including whitepapers, eBooks, website, case studies, videos and vlogs, blogs and other marketing collateral
– Experience with eDMs, CMS, CRM
– An editorial mindset that seeks to understand what our B2B audiences want to consume and how to create it
– Edit the selection, catalogue and manage the library of marketing assets for easy retrieval
– Own brand storytelling, proof-read and edit all collateral to ensure brand integrity and high-quality of all communications before release

About you:

Ideally, you will have a digital marketing, journalistic background and be an experienced content writer. You must be able to write using a distinct voice that builds trust and educates, presenting interesting information in a brand-building, storytelling style. You are digitally aware and able to build omnichannel, call-to-action campaigns. You are comfortable with lead generation KPI’s and producing B2B content for a variety of channels.

Skills and experience:

– Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or communications role (or similar)
– Tertiary qualifications in Digital Marketing, Journalism or relevant experience
– Print, production and graphics knowledge
– Adobe creative suite
– Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Salesforce, SurveyMonkey, CMS
– SEM, PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWord
– Brand management
– Strong attention to detail and effective communication abilities
– Pro-active & a self-learner with ability to think outside the box
– Produce high quality work in a timely fashion with exceptional attention to detail and a ‘can do’ attitude
