About the company:

You will work as part of the Marketing team for this multinational financial services brand within their Music & Entertainment department. Known as a fantastic place to work with a long-standing tenure from employees to prove it, fast paced and dynamic culture.

You will work with an experienced and supportive Manager, within a supportive marketing team, whilst working collaboratively with the broader large-scale marketing team too. The brand is innovative, global and fast paced company with high passion, high performance and great team spirit. This role will provide great training and development opportunities with supportive and inspiring mentors.

This role will be an initial 12-month contract, based on the persons performance you may have opportunity to apply for other roles within the business following the contract – the company does not let great talent walk out the door. Based in the CBD in great offices. Flexible working options supported; most people are in the office 1-2 days a week. Fantastic opportunity for your CV, everyone will recognise this brand name.

You will be responsible for:

-Development and execution of marketing campaigns for entertainment and ticketing offers (pre-sales, promotions and benefits).
-Day to day partner management (local and international – agencies, partners, promoters, ticketing agents, internal teams and front-line servicing).
-Delivery and optimisation of rights and benefits within key partnerships
-Ongoing content management and website maintenance
-Opportunity to be involved with the development and execution of sponsorship and experiential activations
-Management of monthly scorecard and results tracking and analysis
-Budget management, ticket inventory management and assistance with team administration

What do you need to be successful:

-Tertiary Marketing or Communications Qualifications
-Minimum 3+ years’ experience within a marketing and/or sponsorship environment. (E.g., ATL, BTL, digital and social), and a working knowledge or experience in the music, entertainment or ticketing industry is a strong advantage.
-Basic copywriting skills (social and email comms)
-Experiential marketing experience also a strong advantage
-Ability to contribute to creative and promotional concept development
-Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail
-Flexible nature – Ability to manage multiple initiatives with changing priorities
-Exceptional problem-solving skills
-High levels of energy and tenacity with a good sense of humour
-Open to agency background
