About the Job
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team to support the Employer & Industry Engagement team. Reporting to the Employer Marketing Manager, you will assist with the development and execution of the annual strategic marketing plan for our Employer segment. This includes ensuring alignment and integrity of our brand across all our marketing material and channels. You will be tasked with tracking campaign budgets and progress against business objectives and assisting the employer marketing team in various campaign and communications requirements. You will be mentored to extend on your foundation marketing skills to become a well-rounded marketing professional within the B2B marketing arena.

Key responsibilities include:
• Manage and foster positive working relationships with the marketing team, other key internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver business outcomes in line with employer strategies, business outcomes, timelines and budgets.
• Proactively look for opportunities to enhance employer engagement and education through multi channels.
• Develop and implement marketing projects to achieve positive outcomes for the business

About You:

Your enthusiasm and attitude combined with your marketing, communications or PR qualifications (bachelor’s degree or diploma), will set you up for success. You can demonstrate how you have leveraged off your studies and understanding of the fundamentals of marketing to support campaigns and execute marketing plans to achieve business goals. You will possess a few years of experience in the corporate environment supporting a marketing team execute direct marketing, digital and general marketing or communications strategies. Your excellent communication skills, energy and confidence will play a key role in how effective you will be working across the team and broader organisation.
