Media Account Director

This is a great opportunity to join a boutique accredited media agency who are looking for another senior member to join their team and work across a variety of clients. This is a great environment to work in as they believe in work/life balance, so no late nights will be required!

They are looking for a positive, vibrant Account Director who is able to liaise with clients and are able to be “hands on” when required.

This will be a client-facing role and you will need to be comfortable presenting work to both clients as well as smaller agencies (who do not have accreditation).
You will also be responsible for managing junior team members to support delivery of planning strategies and buying abilities to your clients.

Some Role Requirements
• Prior experience as an Account Director in a media agency with experience with strategy, planning, booking and buying media.
• A passion for and proven track record in growing revenue through proactive management of your accounts
• Excellent time management skills to assist with the coordination of a demanding schedule.
• Professional, efficient and co-operative attitude to colleagues, suppliers and clients.
• Experienced at managing a small team effectively with the ability to drive performance and commitment.
• Trustworthy and reliable, as well as determined to achieve success in the completion of any task set.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
• Passion for continuous improvement.
