Media Account Manager (Digital)

– $75K – $85K Package (+ bonuses)

This stellar media agency is looking for an accomplished Digital Account Manager to work on digital campaigns, where you will be working on a variety of clients across all industries in the media buying/planning space.

Working closely with the Digital Director, you will ensure that the agency’s clients achieve excellent campaign results and be on top of end to end management of client relationships. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their media career, with ample space for career development.

Role:

– Build strong relationships and strategy with the entire agency and its clients
– Work alongside the Account Managers and strategy team to provide digital solutions
– You will be responsible for all account management on your clients for the agency’s online offerings including SEM and Display
– Manage all media negotiations, planning, tracking, strategy and reporting for clients
– Work closely with clients on all campaigns to ensure the best outcome and ROI
– Be on top of the digital media landscape, and share these findings with the team where beneficial
– Media buying/planning

Requirements:

– Minimum 4 years experience in a digital media role, agency experience preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
– Thrive in a fast paced environment, able to manage multiple project and deadlines
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proactive self-starter and able to work autonomously
– Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
– Proficient with industry ad serving and reporting technologies
– Proficient in industry ad products, rich media, specification and file formats
– Sound knowledge of online media metrics and analysis
