Media Manager – Social, Display, Video, Programmatic

This integrated and independent media agency have led force in closing that gap by being the leader in creating amazing content then amplifying it to the right audience to gain amazing results for their campaigns! This collaborative and successful agency are looking for a Digital Media Manager to plan and strategise a range of innovative campaigns across online – Display, Video, Social, Programmatic. You will also have a small team to manage who you will develop and mentor in overseeing all execution output.

With this team being one of the fastest growing in the agency, there is a massive opportunity to come and make it your own, add new processes and progress through the ranks quickly!

You will be taking over a range of major accounts across a variety of sectors including charity, beauty and retail. You will work closely to the design, content, analytics, strategy and video teams and get the chance to become the trusted advisor and expert within your clients development and amplification.

As DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER, you will be responsible for:
Planning and creating new and engaging online strategies for your portfolio of clients.
Buying, planning and executing campaigns across a multitude of channels.
You will be leading strategies on ad formats and educating your clients on the latest advancements within the industry in order to meet their goals.
You will be consulting with your advertiser clients on new and exciting digital and offline strategies in order to amplify their awesome created content.
Mentoring a team of AEs and coordinators.
You will be working with the latest analytics, reporting and technology platforms.

Desired Skills and Experience
You will currently be a planner / buyer, acount executive or account manager with experience working in a media agency across digital channels
Experience working in the Marketing and Advertising, Online media, Internet or media production space.
Proficient in planning and implementing both brand led and performance focused campaigns.
A natural leader
Proven experience of delivering excellent results for your clients and always thinking outside the box in terms of your media strategies.
Ability to manage a small team of execs and coords.

Salary is between $80-90k plus super pending experience.
