Midweight Creative Team

We’re looking for a shit-hot midweight creative duo to develop great ideas across a wide range of amazing client brands in every channel – film, social, experiential, integrated, new media.

You MUST have:

1. a portfolio that shows great ideas in different channels

We won’t even look at your CV if you don’t have a great portfolio of creative work across different channels.

2. solid experience in ad agencies

This is not an entry level role. No juniors. You must have worked as creatives in at least one well-known ad agency.

3. a history working together as a duo

We’re looking for a team that is working together (or has). You know each other, your partner’s foibles and quirks, and get along like one brain in two bodies.

4. great crafting skills in your respective disciplines

The Copywriter must be a writer’s writer, able to wordsmith to suit audiences and, most importantly, tell a long story in as few words as possible.

The Art Director must be an accomplished designer, able to apply visual and typographic aesthetics that improve an idea rather than detract from it.

5. a desperate hunger for award-winning recognition

Ideally you will have had a taste of award glory, or come very close with a few finalists. And you want more.

Your chances of success improve for every bonus skill you have: illustrator, photographer, musician, film-maker, etc.

We’re a well-established creative ad agency. We were shortlisted for Independent Agency of the Year 2017, won Mumbrella’s Content Campaign of the Year 2018, and our client list includes Nulon, Mitre 10, Aussie, Freedom, Wattyl, Virgin Money, Donut King and Gloria Jeans.
