Working as part of our creative agency team and reporting to our Creative Agency Manager, we are now seeking a Multimedia Creative Designer to join our team, working on creative projects including branding, web design, and digital campaigns. This person will play a key role, conceptualizing and designing groundbreaking visual identities and digital assets.

About the role!
Key Responsibilities include:
• Create thoughtful design solutions that incite participation and engagement. Including but not limited to: brand identity, responsive web design, infographics, animations, print collateral, mock-ups, and video assets.
• Work closely with the Creative Manager to develop strategic and beautiful designs based on each project’s established vision and concept.
• Work collaboratively with other designers, copywriters, video production team, as well as with strategists, web developers, analysts and online campaigners.
• Visualise processes and stories through illustration, typography and motion graphics.
• Think critically and strategically, learn quickly from mistakes, and receive and incorporate creative feedback gracefully.
• Mentor and coach in-country communications staff and members of the team in design.
• Manage your time and workload effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.

About You! You are an exceptional visual designer with experience in branding and identity design, as all as asset production. You can work at a fast pace with passion and you innovate with every project that comes your way. Your portfolio showcases solid digital work and branding that is sharp and clean. Your work reflects the most forward-thinking approach in the design world, as well as a masterful understanding of the basics – typography, colour, and composition.

What we make you stand out!
• Proven expertise across branding, digital, and print design, with a strong understanding of the creative process.
• Strong knowledge of brand development and the creation of comprehensive brand identity systems and style guides. Expert eye for typography, colour, layout and user experience.
• Keen understanding of best practices and technical processes for web development and print production. You must be able to set up files for pre-press or handoff to a web developer, as well as be able to conduct quality assurance for your designs.
• Work well under pressure, maintaining quality and attention to detail under real-world deadlines.
• Thorough fluency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere and After Effects.
• Knowledge of video production, editing and photography is a plus.
