To devise & implement strategies for ongoing growth of market share & brand equity.

The role entails:
• Drive the development and execution of annual marketing strategies and calendar
• Oversee national and localised marketing initiatives including seasonal campaigns and plans
• Drive the development of marketing strategies, including above-the-line, PR, online marketing, social SEO and SEM strategy/approach
• Oversee the development of marketing campaigns end-to-end from conception, through creative processes to measurement of success Identify new opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Driving and implementing Australian brand and product innovation
• Managing relationships, strategy, costs and outcomes with PR and social media agencies
• Maximising the marketing budget
• Assist with the development of VM material: ideation and production to budget
• Create, implement and support new Chocolate Bar openings
• Initiate, manage and implement future marketing projects to boost loyalty and preference
• Support of wholesale and corporate activities
• Driving sales and growth of the online shop
• Oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), working with a charity partner and rollout marketing initiatives as well as team events/activities
• Provide executive team with insights from market research and analysis

Key Success Factors

• Accurate marketing data to support research


Salary 70-80K. Full Time Position
