Office & Project Administrator – Creative Agency

• Permanent full-time position with immediate start
• Work with a creative team across various disciplines including print, web, social, motion graphics

MDM Design is a leading Australian creative agency that works with some of the country’s largest companies. We have an experienced team and a solid history that extend over 30 years. We specialise in creating and managing brands, producing digital and interactive media, and designing investor communication.

The job role will include:
• General office procedures such as front of house coordination
• Project administration such as proposals, quoting, invoicing and scheduling
• Coordinating production and printing of projects
• Marketing assistance in the form of emails and campaigns
• Special projects including administration of photoshoots, websites and motion graphics
• Working closely with our directors and the creative team

Skills and experience
• Good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PPT
• Administration experience in the creative and/or print industries
• Proficient in using project management software is desirable
• Great interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise across multiple projects
