The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, proactive, and multi-tasker Operations Assistant to come and join our growing operations team in this newly created entry-level role. As our Operations Assistant, you’ll provide administrative support across all areas of the The CEO Magazine’s operations and assist our Head of Operations in driving initiatives to maintain process efficiency at all times, ensuring all deadlines are met and we are tracking towards our goals. Tasks include: manage distribution and subscription databases; manage errors and provide feedback to sales teams on CRM system (Salesforce); triple check flat plans at pagination stage for Australia; strengthen relationships between Sales and Operations teams; assist with ongoing issues (advertising, editorial and photography) within Australian markets; ensure efficiencies in post-sales processes; work to reduce profile pulls and cancellations; drive initiatives to encourage customer care; ensure products are delivered on time; and assist the Operations team with event related tasks.

About you
You will be a quick learner, listen to feedback, have a positive attitude and love to solve problems!

We also ask that you have:
Exceptional time management and organisational skills with a deadline driven mindset
Strong attention to detail with an eagle eye for errors
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to multi-task and deliver on simultaneous tasks in a time-efficient manner
Effective communication, presentation and engagement skills
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience with CRM management and maintenance (Salesforce knowledge a major plus!)
Proactive and friendly disposition
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
