Paid Media Manager (SEM)

Big Wave Digital is thrilled to be in partnership with this stand-out, “knock your socks off”, award winning digital advertising brand. We are currently on the hunt for a passionate, ambitious and self-motivated Paid Media Manager/ Search Manager to join their growing team.

As Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid search campaigns including strategy, campaign set up, implementation, optimisation and generating meaningful insights for clients. You will take the lead on new client accounts, and manage the operational Paid Search function, for this growing digital agency.

The position will require you to be highly proactive and motivated and have exceptional analytical skills, be able to spot trends in different sets of data and apply strict methods to drive maximum performance from each campaign. You will report into the leadership team and have the ability to guide and mentor others in due course.

Your role will be varied, and no doubt evolve over time. However, the bulk of this position will see you engrossed with campaign strategy, maintenance, campaign set up, implementation, optimisation and analysis, for a large eCommerce and Retail portfolio. You will also have the remit for training and guiding the Client Services Team on the latest technologies to access digital media.

Technically, you’ll need to be proficient analysing and updating reports using Excel, managing campaigns using DoubleClick Bid Manager and Campaign Manager. In addition, you’ll be savvy working across Google Adwords, Facebook, (ideally) Mediamath and AppNexus, Analytics360. A bonus if you’ve had exposure to some or all of the following: Trade desk, Facebook Ads Manager/ Power Editor, Brand Networks, Snapchat API, Integral Ad Science.

This position would suit a Digital Exec or Digital Trader looking to step up, or an experienced Senior Media Trader/Manager looking to grow quickly into a leadership function.
