A leading full-service digital agency is currently going through tremendous growth and is on the hunt for a talented Paid Search Executive to join their diverse and fun team. Your focus on this role will be delivering paid search campaigns across multiple global accounts. Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the account in regard to media budgets, media plans and client requests. You are a fast and passionate learner who is looking for the next challenge in search. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Paid Search Executive, you will be implementing, optimising and reporting on all paid search campaigns for multiple clients. You will take responsibility for the day to day running of you client accounts and work across media budgets, media plans and specific client requests.
You will work alongside a Search Manager and Search Director to execute campaigns ensuring KPIs are met to a high standard, working with them to propose innovative ideas to improve client’s goals and campaign performance.

DUTIES

• Manage day to day client relationship and requirements
• Implementing, optimising and reporting on paid search campaigns
• Analyse data and market research to optimise results
• Make suitable recommendations to your clients from looking at media insights
• Develop & lead a junior to deliver experiences to improve ROI and drive results
• Ensuring budgets are billed correctly
• Manage all bid management and perform keyword research

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 6 months – 2 years industry experience ideally in paid search
• Experience using Google analytics, Google AdWords, DoubleClick & Excel
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and be agile to pending work load
• High attention to detail, a problem solver and a data genius (data segmentation)
• Experienced setting up, optimising & managing paid search campaigns is a must!
