ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a dynamic, customer centric, and highly motivated Partnerships Executive to join our growing team. As Partnerships Executive, you’ll work as part of both our commercial partnerships and marketing teams to plan and execute all digital campaigns for Mumbrella’s clients and partners.

You will hold sole responsibility for the management of digital ad operations, giving you the chance to draw upon your experience of managing effective ad campaigns. You will drive process, and continue to develop and refine workflow & systems for our business.

You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with media owners, marketing technology companies, agencies and our current trade media partners, continuously seeking opportunities to grow their investment. You’ll also support our Sales Director and other members of the commercial partnerships team.

You’ll be someone who enjoys managing multiple projects from beginning to end, who is incredibly self-motivated, and enjoys working both autonomously and collaborating with other departments, and we’ll expect you to hit the ground running. You’ll impress us with your attention to detail and time management skills, and your expertise and insights in the digital industry will be highly valued.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Management of all Google Ad Manager (previously DFP) inventory
• Management of all WordPress ad campaigns in the Mumbrella Daily eNewsletter
• Being the main point of contact for all bookings and administration for the commercial partnerships team
• Feeding the commercial team with additional digital opportunities that may be present in the marketplace
• Providing input into the account planning process and be aware of the account plans for relevant portfolio customers
• Responding to all commercial partnerships enquiries in relation to possible options of website and eNewsletter placements, including frequency capping, creative rotation, forecasting for maximum impressions
• Attending to all client requests and enquiries regarding product specifications, deadline information and deadline extensions, keeping them informed
• Liaising directly with clients to accurately complete required forms and ensure completion of the full account creation process in Salesforce and Ad Manager, including inventory availability and position management, pricing & publishing
• Ensuring that material instructions are forwarded to the client and advertising material arrives within required deadlines
• Identifying any creative errors or inconsistencies and troubleshooting with the client accordingly suggesting possible changes and recommendations
• Reporting to Partnerships Managers to discuss customer activities, cancellations, complaints, updates, and any changes to transactional booking behaviour with significant financial impact.
• Monitoring all campaigns in Google Ad Manager, optimising campaign delivery and adjusting this where necessary
• Working collaboratively with clients to resolve any complaints or issues related to their contracted activity with Mumbrella
• Preparing reports on an ad hoc basis as required by Partnerships Managers or Sales Director
• Distributing screenshots and preview links of current activity as requested by clients and the commercial partnerships team
• Using Adestra to upload and extensively test HTML for client EDMs to ensure compatibility across all email clients, and providing a report on any anomalies with explanations and suggestions for improvement.
• Sending timely reports relating to the performance of advertising campaigns, click throughs and page views, and viewability
• Ensuring all sponsorship deliverables are communicated to Mumbrella’s event sponsors, and communicate reasonable timelines to clients for deliverables & creative assets for both pre-event and post-event campaigns.
• Supporting clients to ensure they have a positive experience of working with Mumbrella’s sales team pre-event, during an event and post event

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:
• Experience in management of Google Ad Manager (previously DFP) inventory, including targeting, viewability, and advanced campaign structures
• Experience with large scale email marketing software (segmentation etc)
• Basic competency with HTML and CSS for adjusting ads, EDMs etc
• Familiarity with the Google suite of tools (Gmail, Docs, Drive etc)
• Experience with WordPress CMS a bonus
• Ability to communicate with ease with both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Willingness to be a team player and enjoy collaborating on projects, whilst simultaneously managing your own workload
• Ability to keep a cool head under pressure when adhering to deadlines
• Great attention to detail
• Commitment to great customer service
