Performance Media Manager

Full-service boutique agency with global group backing are expanding their team given recent client wins, and are looking for a Performance Media Manager or Executive level to step-up.

This role will a combo of hands-on development and implementation of paid digital media and performance marketing campaigns, as well as overseeing a small team below.

You will have good digital technical experience in running paid search and social campaigns, content development and programmatic would be a bonus, and focussed on driving measurable business outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities:

-Understand and consult on the role of paid digital media in the marketing mix and its importance to acquisition, brand, and awareness requirements for various clients
-Develop, implement and optimise paid digital campaigns – SEM, Social, Programmatic, across display, video, mobile, affiliates
-Identify and assess key clients commercial realities, challenges and opportunities in order to deliver the most effective paid media solutions
-Craft coherent and compelling responses to client briefs through paid media insight, intelligence and experience
-Identify key testing and tactical opportunities and provide ongoing recommendations to clients
-Execute on core paid media tasks when required, being both technical hands-on as well as strategic in how you execute these tasks
-Provide top client service in order to become your clients trusted advisor and agency partner
-Help ensure output and delivery from team members managed is accurate and timely
-Contribute to product innovation in the paid media space at the agency
-Motivate and mentor junior members of the team
-Maintain strong relationships across clients managed

Requirements:

-2-3+ years hands-on Paid Digital Media experience across SEM, Paid Social and Programmatic Display
preferred; experience across Video, Mobile, Affiliates and coming from a digital agency background
-Experience on tech platform/tools such as the Google Suite, Adwords guru, Facebook Ads Manager, DSP, DMP and Ad-servers
-Worked across all paid media tactics in both an executional and strategic manner
-Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure processes are followed at all times
-Prior management and mentorship of small teams also favourable
