Premium Brands Manager (Growth)

As a Premium Brands Manager at 90 Seconds you are a trusted advisor, providing an exceptional customer experience by partnering with our clients to achieve their business goals. You will do this by delivering our core product and services whilst supporting your portfolio of clients with advice on video content creation.


-Establish partnerships with clients by monitoring performance metrics, arranging regular check-ins, to help them maximize the utility of their investment in the 90 Seconds platform
-Look for business development opportunities to generate revenue by upselling products and features
-Proactively maintain account plans
-Organically grow accounts by creating long-lasting relationships
-Take the lead from the sales division on large accounts when necessary
-Partner with 90 Seconds’ marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products


-Ideally someone with 5-10 years of experience in client management & retention in advertising, media, marketing, SaaS or video production companies, agencies, and content platforms.
-Experienced in partnering with local, regional and / or global brands, with a proven track record of managing an extensive client portfolio.
-Skilled in building positive, lasting relationships with clientsInsightful in understanding a client’s business needs through its history and aspirations for success through our product and video
-Expert in utilising CRM platforms
-An initiative-taker, enthusiastic and dedicated to the highest standard of customer service and support.
-Entrepreneurial and innovative
-A fast learner, logical thinker and problem-solverStrong at planning, negotiating and influencing
