Meet Jack.

The Sydney office of Jack Morton Worldwide is looking for a Production Coordinator to join its team. The Production Coordinator role is to primarily support the production team with tasks that facilitate the successful production of our clients brand experiences through all project stages.

What you’ll be doing:
– Assist client leads in providing clear communications to clients
– Update status reports and schedules and maintain lists of action items to ensure smooth and timely delivery of programs and associated deliverables/elements
– Deliver flawlessly on assigned project components
– Coordinate communications between team members
– Manage specific elements of the production process for projects
– Source suppliers including venues, guest speakers, merchandise, etc.
– Assist in maintaining budgets, processing invoices and purchase orders and reconciling
– Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients
– Administrative tasks such as show books, keeping source files and project folders current, contact reports, updating the production schedule on a regular basis

What we’re looking for:
– A university graduate (Marketing related) and 1 year of production/project management experience in an agency, communications or production company
– Strong project management, organisational and communication skills
– Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility and professional confidence
– Good interpersonal skills
– Proactive, self-motivated/can do attitude
– A commitment to personal and professional development, seeking knowledge and inspiration within the organisation and externally
– A desire to push boundaries, find solutions and never give up
– Team player who possesses the ability to work well under pressure
