Programmatic Client Service Manager

This highly innovative and independent programmatic agency who have developed their OWN proprietary tech are looking for an PROGRAMMATIC CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER to own and strategically manage a small client portfolio alongside the commercial team.

With a unique market offering, this business has recently scaled and developed a full performance media offering and have offices spanning Sydney and Melbourne. Client wise, they partner with a variety of agencies and brands direct (across EDUCATION, ENTERTAINMENT, RETAIL verticals, and more) and this continues to grow as they pitch and win new business!Their new tech is an amazing campaign and tracking software which plugs into a variety of different Adservers and DSP’s, which they continue to develop further and have started to commercialise externally in the AU market. They now have a full DIGITAL MEDIA and TECH service giving them a distinct USP in this market.

This position will work closely with the Head of Commercial in overseeing three KEY accounts. Day to day, you will maintain and develop key relationships internally and externally ensuring campaign objectives are met. You will be key in developing advertising strategies across all key programmatic channels (big focus on video, but also display) and presenting these to clients whilst developing and implementing new processes to ensure client service is delivered to the highest of qualities. You will also manage a solid relationship with the SSP supplier.

You must have at least 2+ years in a digital media environment, ideally with strong programmatic exposure
You will have come from a media agency, AdTech, publisher environment in either a Digital Media Manager, Client Service Manager, Publisher Manager, Digital Account Executive or Account Manager position
You will have strong experience working with clients, farming and strategically managing these accounts to the next level
You have an entrepreneurial spirit, someone who always looks for the NEXT big industry innovation
You will have gravitas and excellent knowledge of the digital advertising, data and programmatic ecosystem and love consulting clients on this.
