Programmatic Director – Media Consultancy

This highly evolved and data led media agency / consultancy have offices in 9 different locations including London, San Francisco, Sydney + more are on the lookout for a PROGRAMMATIC DIRECTOR to work on one of their KEY accounts across the whole of APAC!

They offer a data driven result proposition which has seen them have fantastic market success and won several accounts off the back of it. They are currently working with clients that are pioneers in leadership of all new technology, including the big players such as Salesforce, Dell and Intuit and have recently set up a full digital team including social, search, display and programmatic (strategy right through to execution).

This position will sit in the senior leadership team, working closely with the MD in leading all client relationships, being in charge of driving APAC programmatic strategy, and managing a small team of programmatic traders from an execution stand point. This particular client has programmatic activity across India, Singapore and Sydney and this role will be integral in streamlining that activity from Sydney. This client is also looking to DOUBLE their programmatic spend the next year and are doing some really innovative work across video.

They also offer internal transfers to other offices globally.

As Programmatic Director, you will:

Lead the programmatic strategy and planning across all of APAC for one of their biggest spending clients
Liaise with Singapore and India teams in ensuring effective processes are established across the region
Partner with the new business team in converting pitches and briefs when required
Present engaging campaign analysis for clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of planning, testing and media optimisation and management
Oversee a small team of Programmatic Trader’s, with the opportunity to scale this over the next 12 months

Who you will be:

At least 6+ years in programmatic, ideally coming from a campaign execution background
Ideally worked on Tech, Entertainment, Finance or B2B clients
DSP and DMP expert, you must have a strong understanding of the nuances of all media platforms in market
Demonstrate a deep and current knowledge of market place trends and be confident in discussing and consulting these with others internally and externally
You are a natural leader and contributor who is passionate about delivering media solutions to the benefit of every client’s needs

Salary is $110-125k + Super (pending experience) + BONUS
