Project Manager

Production house is looking for a Project Manager to work on a number of retail clients to help deliver earned-media led campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALITIES

TRAFFIC

Oversee the workflow, production and delivery of all clients work
Forge strong, trusted and non-biased relationships with Comms team, Creatives, In house Studio, Production-Partners and client teams
Triage all briefs into the agency, project managing all streams of workflow: creative, studio and partnerships
Be a gatekeeper for the quality of briefs – creative input and studio output
Manage all creative and studio workflows, meetings and internal reviews based on workloads and clients’ needs
Facilitate the right mix of time and resources to ensure the agency can deliver its best work
Manage & help plan resources for the upcoming days/weeks/month and delivery expectations. Ensure meetings are to point and valuable for all areas of the business
Take lead responsibility to communicate resourcing status and timing concerns on jobs to comms team and Senior Leadership team
Manage all projects ensure that work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality, and within budget
Be a guardian of the process to ensure adoption and consistency in the way work is briefed, booked and executed applying discretion to enable flexibility in how we work when appropriate
Constantly review all processes and recommend areas for improvements and efficiencies – including timely implementation based on the companies needs

SPECIALIST SKILL REQUIREMENTS

The ability to meet deadlines and work in a pressurised environment
Great organisational skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Good client demeanour
True collaboration and the desire to work collaboratively across all teams, acting as the ‘switzerland’ of the agency
An eye for detail and a desire for perfection
A passion for the art of communications and the willingness to learn from other creative professionals
Curiosity and a constant desire to learn
You are liked by the team and seen as a trusted source to turn to solve problems or find ways.  Whose first response is not no or can’t but rather finds a way to solve challenges or demands that present.
