Project Manager/Content Writer

My client is a fabulous boutique company that produce cutting-edge e-leaning visual solutions (via film, animation and graphics) for their clients via digital online training (and learning) programmes. They have an impressive list of blue-chip clients for whom they produce highly engaging, visually superior effective online training programmes. They are looking for a dynamic Account Executive with excellent communication skills to assist with client service and with script writing of “learning programmes”.
This is an exciting opportunity to do content writing and project management: liaising with clients and making sure all projects are on time and budget. No two days will be the same. You will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude and be highly motivated. With exceptional attention to detail you’ll be able to be calm under pressure. You’ll need to love working collaboratively and be a great team player. You’ll be mentored by a fantastic team of professionals who will rely on you for your all-round support, and friendly positive can-do attitude. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow your career in a small team environment and liaise with clients, designers and developers.

Responsibilities
• Assisting the Account Director with briefs, project management, research and writing of scripts (from information supplied)
• Sourcing and researching information to compile relevant and insightful briefs and information
• Overseeing project timelines, managing deadlines and managing clients’ expectations
• Client liaison to ensure approval of concepts, estimates and all production costs and recommendations.
• Project management, attending meetings and writing follow up correspondence
• Content development: Structuring content, copy/script writing, copy editing and proof reading

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or education.
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.
Full rights to work in Australia.
