Publishing Media Sales – Client & Agency Sales Role

This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist Publishing group.

This is an opportunity to work from home and set up your days and weeks with complete autonomy – flexibility to the maximum!

The role will see you selling to major media agencies, major corporates and also smaller, more local businesses who are very tied into the geography of the publication. Adaptability is therefor an important candidate asset.

They are looking for an experienced and motivated sales person to join up and sell to a mix of clients (and their media agencies) , spread across many different verticals, including Luxury, Finance, Retail, Entertainments, Property, Automotive, FMCG etc etc.

The sell is a blend of Content, Native, Partnerships, Sponsorship & Display, with interestingly most advertisers focusing on the opportunities at the front of that list rather than the rear!

So you will need to be a creative sales person, who likes coming up with integrated and sometimes quite complex solutions.

The Content aspect is extremely accommodating to the Commercial parts of the business – no old-fashioned church and state wars here!!

This is an opportunity for someone who wants 3 things primarily:

3. A business owner who is just looking to enable you to make as much ad revenue as possible and will ensure you get all the internal support – Content, Design, Ideas – as you need.

The salary package is also very flexible with a rough guide of $80-90k base + super + uncapped and very achievable commission…..BUT they have also let me know that they will go higher than that for the right person!
