The Radio Airtime Coordinator role is responsible for undertaking the processing of commercial advertising bookings to be broadcast on a variety of ARN stations.

While experience in a similar role or within a media environment would be beneficial, we are happy to train up a successful candidate with previous administration experience on our internal systems and processes. The role involves working with our sales and on-air teams to ensure our clients commercials air correctly – from booking to broadcast.

About the role:
Schedule commercial logs to be integrated with the studio audio playout system
Reconcile commercials that actually played on previous days compared with those scheduled to play.
Key Client commercial data into the scheduling system
Generate and distribute reports
Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients
What you’ll have:
Administrative and/or data entry experience with high accuracy
Keen eye for detail
Ability to meet deadlines while effectively manage constantly changing priorities
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work in a remote team environment
Reliable and punctual
Be a lateral thinker capable of problem solving on the fly
