Receptionist: Office Admin

My client, a design agency, is looking for an organised well-presented mature professional who has experience with office admin, answering calls and willing to do whatever it takes to assist with the smooth-running of the design office. You’ll need to be extremely organised, emotionally mature, well presented and have an upbeat vibrant personality and are looking to make this a long-term position.

The role will be busy and varied. You will need to be able to take initiative and be happy to do whatever it takes to assist with office organisation as well as requests from the staff including looking after their diaries, ordering supplies for the agency and assisting with any requests from the client service and production teams. You’ll be making coffee for meetings, doing the filing, ordering office supplies, answering the phone and assist the team with general administration and research.

A friendly positive and can-do attitude is essential for this position as is your ability to be professional and well presented at all times. You’ll be a natural people person and love organising everyone and make things happen.
This is a great opportunity to work long-term in this role in the design industry.

Role requirements
• Be able to answer incoming calls professionally – excellent communication and skills
• Setting up meetings, updating diaries, making coffees for meeting
• Excellent command of the English language and ability to write business emails when required
• Ability to multitask with ease with a smile on your face
• Excellent Microsoft office skills to help with any typing of presentations etc.
• Be eager to do whatever it takes to keep the agency running smoothly be it making coffee or ordering supplies.

Preferred requirements:
Previous experience in a commercial environment.
