Recruitment Marketing Lead

Our People and Culture (P&C) team work collaboratively to provide broad ranging expert advice and support services to our most important asset – our people!

This is a newly created role within the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. The Recruitment Marketing and Diversity and Inclusion Lead, will deliver innovative, candidate focussed marketing programs that drive awareness of our employer brand, increase talent attraction and generate a pipeline for critical roles. This person will also play a crucial role in operationalising the Transurban Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy for TA.

This is a permanent on-going opportunity. This role can be done as full-time, part-time role or job share, talk to us about what flexible working options work for you.

The impact you’ll have
*Partnering with our Corporate Affairs team, you’ll design and deliver compelling recruitment marketing strategies and talent attraction campaigns that will increase awareness of Transurban and increase our talent pipeline.
*Working collaboratively with your P&C and Corporate Affairs colleagues you will develop a communications strategy that will showcase Transurban’s benefits and value proposition.
*Through research and implementation of new processes and technologies you will continue to improve our candidate experience.
*You’ll help tell our people’s stories showcasing the exciting work they do and why they love working at Transurban.
*You’ll implement TA activities that contribute to candidates’ experiences in ways that are respectful and accepting of diversity and inclusion.
*Working with the Internal Communications team you will support the D&I communications plan for candidates.

The talents you’ll bring
*Demonstrated experience within recruitment marketing. Ideally you would have held roles within marketing or talent acquisition/recruitment teams working on campaigns for employer brand awareness and candidate attraction.
*Extensive experience using LinkedIn and other social media channels for talent attraction.
*You’re skilled in project or campaign management. Any experience within change management is also beneficial.
*Exceptional written communication, with the ability to create content for a variety of platforms and audiences. As well as the ability to influence, present and develop relationships.
*You’re organised. You have excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work to strict deadlines and produce a high quality work.
*Well established interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with internal teams, external vendors and support the broader organisation.
*Ability to solve complex problems with the expertise to apply conceptual thinking.
*You’re curious with continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
