We’re a family company of Hard working, smart & dedicated professionals, actively looking for experienced Sales and Customer service professionals to join our team at our Showroom in Western Sydney’s The Hills district.
Working within one of our Modern showrooms you will sell to existing and future walk-in customers, store sales are supported by Television, radio and digital marketing campaigns, these are updated frequently to suit Australian safety requirements, technology advancements and the current fashion trends.

Sales consultants with Doors Plus have access to our newest innovative sales technology, a large range of stock waiting to be sold- enabling you to provide your customers with that ‘No Fuss’ guarantee, support from experienced team leaders on site, coaching on the job and a continuous training structure, we also offer an attractive incentive structure.

The key skills and experience include but not limited to:
• Friendly, positive attitude.
• Face to Face sales; Selling Directly to Walk-In Customers
• Entering Quotes & conducting follow up calls; booking Measure & Quotes.
• Responding to customer enquiries via Phone & our Website.
• Home visits for Measure & Quote Sales. *Guaranteed 5% Commission on all sales
• Experience in a customer focused or sales environment is essential, you must live and breathe customer service.
• Professional, clean cut appearance.
• Experience working within the homeware/furniture/hardware industry is desirable.

Our sales team members have access to an attractive commission structure, at Doors Plus we will not only guarantee that you get this, we want you to make the most of this and will celebrate your successes with you.
Working Hours
Full-time on a rotating roster across 7 days per week. This will predominantly be across Saturdays and Sundays as these are our busiest days of the week and the days you will have the opportunity to earn the most commission. You will work 5 days on and have 2 days off in a row.
Successful candidates will be required to produce a national Police Check completed in the last 6 months as a condition of employment.
Please be mindful that Home visits for measure & Quotes are created to suit the customers’ needs, these can be carried out after hours and will need to be arranged by the Sales member who organised the initial sale. For this reason, it is a requirement that our Sales Team members have a valid driver’s licence, regular access to a reliable vehicle and flexibility to attend home visits. Measure & Quote sales come with a guaranteed commission structure.
