Sales Support – Information Technology

As the Sales Support you will work closely with Sales Team & Sales Director and other stakeholders to provide excellent support to customers and the business. Ensuring efficient quotation and order facilitation, accurate maintenance of back-orders and managing business relationships. You will be supporting a very successful and growing sales team

What will you be doing
You will plan and prioritise sales support activities towards achieving agreed business aims, especially managing personal time and productivity. To assist sales personnel in the renewal and sale of hardware, maintenance, software and other products as stipulated.
Update and Maintain Back-orders on a regular basis and provide sales personnel and customers with reports at agreed times.
Support the Sales Director in the management of his time and priorities.

About you
You will have excellent customer/vendor relationship building and management skills, with the ability to problem solve and think on your feet, with an emphasis on innovative and creative solutions that result in higher profitability and customer satisfaction.
Working with a highly driven sales team you will need little direction and a strong team player. Having at least 3 years experience in a similar role and really want to progress in our collaborative and inclusive company values.
Excellent communication skills, both orally and written are definitely required.
