About the company

Our client is a leading boutique integrated agency operating in the creative and digital space, working with clients across the Consumer Products, Lifestyle and Services sectors. As part of a fun and fast paced work environment, they are looking to appoint a highly dynamic Senior Account Director to lead and support a team of Account Managers, helping set priorities and mentoring to provide the utmost level of client service.

About the role

You will be responsible for leading the planning and development of successful campaigns across the agency’s clients – both creatively and financially; facilitating and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, whilst playing a positive role in working to build upon the Agency’s client base.

You will monitor and track risks and concerns, mitigate problems, update strategy and inform Directors accordingly; oversee day-to-day financial requirements; including Estimates, Purchase Orders and Invoicing and reporting; and assist in writing proposals, presentations and strategy documents for existing and new clients.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will be Tertiary qualified with a minimum of 8 years agency experience working on a substantial Retail client account, with relevant experience in planning and leading the roll out of successful multi-faceted campaigns – across all media channels including digital platforms.

You will have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, with the ability to plan and strategise at a senior level, taking a lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies working closely with a high calibre creative team.

With sound experience producing TVCs and Videos, you have a keen attention to detail and a strong strategic ability. Experience in agency finance management is required as will be willing to ‘get your hands dirty’ to get the job done.
