Senior Account Director

We’re looking for a Senior Account Director with a track record of driving great results for an integrated agency across diverse categories. You should know how multi-channel projects are won, managed and delivered successfully.

5+ years minimum relevant experience, team management and an in-depth understanding of the Australian retail environment and shopper marketing strategy are essential.

Your organisation skills, the desire to learn, up-skill a team and the passion for delivering great campaigns should be what drives you.

You will be a problem solver and ‘go-to’ for both clients, your team and the creative department, managing time and workloads across multiple accounts, stakeholders and projects. Importantly, you will know how to deliver those projects on time, on budget and with a smile.

You know what to do next, and where you’re needed most, reporting into the Account Services Director, helping to grow and shape your accounts, your team and the agency.
