Senior Account Manager

Responsible for leading key accounts at Mindbox, this role is critical in connecting clients and internal teams in delivering best in class client service and account management.

You will lead client conversations and identify opportunities with your in depth understanding of paid media and its impact to business results. Internally, you will manage a high performing team leaning on your effective communication, collaboration and highly organised working style.

Responsibilities, remit and opportunities:
• Client leadership – managing day to day requests and projects whilst identifying growth opportunities through a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges
• Foster trust and collaboration – internally and with our clients
• Provide media marketing solutions with knowledge of the changing digital landscape
• Lead planning and strategy – providing recommendations supported with succinct rationale and effective measurement methodologies

Qualities we value:
• Experience in team management, culture and development
• Strong time and project management skills
• An open, honest and collaborative attitude
• 5 years+ strategic media planning skills backed with understanding of end to end process and platform knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to foster client retention through trust and collaboration
